I recently purchased a vehicle from Palm Beach Automotive. I must say, purchasing a vehicle from this lot was one of the better experiences I've had since my credit went down the drain due to student loans. Leo and Stanley made my car buying experience and my lack of good credit less embarrassing and gave me a chance to purchase the vehicle of my choice. In addition, the vehicle had minor repairs, but they did not give a second thought about repairing the minor issues. I had second thoughts about stopping at this lot to purchase a car because I thought it would be out of my range with payments. Well, to my surprise, they actually work in your favor to see how much down payment and will sit down with you about monthly payments. I also was shocked when they told me it's not bi-weekly payments, but monthly ones. If you have ever had an experience with weekly or bi-weekly payments, then you know that the extra weeks you still have to make that extra payment. I would recommend this car lot if you are in the market for a new car. Due to my experience with this lot, my daughter and son in law will be purchasing a vehicle in next couple of months as well. I love that this is a family owned business right off of Okeechobee Blvd on the South Side a few doors west of Okeechobee steakhouse( which you should go to for lunch while here). . Dad owns the shop with all of his kids and other family members supporting each other. They have been established for 6 years and treat you like you are a member of their family. Matthew was my particular sales person but they all really do support each other. They were very supportive of my getting the car inspected ahead of time which passed. I bought a convertible and had some challenges with the top which honestly I think was my fault..but they fixed it for me even though I bought the car as is. I did not have to finance but they do offer financing. I used to be in the car business so I know the biz and we were able to wheel and deal quickly with a great price I was happy with. They worked with my credit union seamlessly and I was out of the door shortly. They maintain the Web site with various cars in order to help with your shopping and all. Palm Beach Automotive Sales got me into a car even with my undesirable credit. About two months after purchase, I had one small issue with the car, and though they weren't required to, they took care of it for me at no cost to me.
